Pipe burst next door, absentee owner, water is destroying our home. Call water dept at night. 9:30 AM water still flowing into our home. Water dept put us on a "list" for emergency shutoff. When can we expect someone? "We don't give out time frames". Such a nasty, ignorant attitude from someone who is supposed to be serving customers. L&I should have shut this house down but of course, they are just as useless. Oh, and my taxes just went up too, If I could move out of this city, I'd be gone today.
