Generally I enjoy coming here for brunch. The food is great, and the servers great. However, we had a horrible encounter with Brian, the hotel director of operations. We were given permission the day before to take a few photos in a gown, but was told to leave while we were taking photos. When we tried to explain that we had gotten permission to shoot, among many other things said, he made us leave and asked us why we were still standing here . The woman s husband I was shooting with is a member, and we have friends who normally stay when they come to visit. I was surprised how the situation was handled, and I am not impressed with the disrespectful way Brian Coughlin conducted himself. Just make sure that if you plan to come to Edgewood and take any kind of photos, you have to make sure you get written permission.
