Keystone management is actually a pretty good company considering what property management companies are like. I'm pretty sure they don't own these buildings, they just manage them. Most of the bad reviews seem to be more associated with the property and not directly with Keystone. They really can't help it if an apartment is nice and new, or old and musty. ONE bad maintenance man can reflect somewhat on the company, and I hope the one who's been a jerk was fired.

I had a girlfriend who lived in a Franklin NH apartment complex they manage and I say they are a great management company. People who like Keystone typically find it unnecessary to write an affirmative review. People who have had some problems with a property are the first to dump a bad review. They aren't crooks like many of the others I've dealt with. I knew many of the people who lived in her building and NOT ONE of them had any complaints or problems with Keystone.

I have no interest in this company. I'm just giving you my honest opinion based on my experience.
