giving this hotel a 1 out 5 because staff was not friendly at all. I m over 21 and they refused bar service to me at the pool, simply because I was holding 3 drinks instead of 1. The pool day party was not even a day party. They let others bring in Starbucks to the pool & didn t let me bring my mineral water (which I was drinking because I was feeling sick) very horrible customer service in general I ve never been treated this bad and disrespected at any other place. Also I am a diamond member and spend a lot of money here so I will not be coming here again! P.s. staff never smiles and mean mugs you. Buffet refused service to my 18 year old sisters because they need someone 21 and over, but we re in California, 18 year old is an adult.
