I'm giving them 3 stars. This only applies toward GEM Group.

Pros:
1. Two work from home days a month.
2. Family like aptomosphere.
3. Core hours are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. (I worked 7 am to 3 pm - No Lunch)
4. Six paid holidays, must work 8 hours before and after/or use vacation time to get paid.

Cons:
1. NO ANNUAL RAISE!
2. Vacation time is NOT paid out once your notice is given.
3. It is an expectation, once trained, for you to know everything.
- Processes are outdated and that is your work Bible.
- Database is outdated.
4. On Line design offers benefits, but they don't contribute as a company.
5. Too many meetings!
6. The Vendor Managers position has the highest turnover. If a VM leaves their work it's divided amongst other VM's and someone will eventually be hired.
7. No training given on SAP and ticket submissions for vendor invoices. This will take a lot of your time as a VM.

Overall great people to work with on a daily basis. It is very stressful fiscal year end. The last thing I'll say is Vendor Managers are underappreciated.
