I made a surgical visit in August, without receiving a written report from the doctor on duty, where on the receipt it is reported to go on the following day for the withdrawal of the diagnosis.
After a few months, for appropriate reasons and having received a verbal diagnosis at the same time as the visit, I went today to receive the desired report, but I was told that for such visits there is no release of any report . Fried air....
