My husband did the skydiving and I just accompanied him.
He got a really good photographer however his instructor seemed to be racist. He is Australian and seemed to have a problem with my husband. While other jumpers instructors were chatting and making them feel comfortable ours just sat far away. In the flight also he seemed to pass a nasty comment to my husband. I think your organization needs to scrutinize the social skills of your employees and not just their diving skills. Nevertheless the whole experience was amazing.
