My brother passed away sept 7, 2016. I submitted the paper work within 48 hours. I was working with a third party at the funeral home. Which took 3 weeks before the third party submitted information to this company. Finally , after 3 weeks no death certificated had arrived , I just send my death certificate because it was taking so long for there third party submitted there information . GTL finally rec d/c and supposedly process everything on Oct 11 sent out on 12 to me an c third party. Well, I spoke to the third party thy rec theirs on the 18 also, let me not forget thy r located n Colorado . I'm n Chicago still waiting??? Y. Everyone give a date every time u talk to them nobody give correct info BC careful that all I can say
