Relaxed atmosphere. Great service. Tasty gastronomic offerings. Sufficiently satisfying wine list. We tried a Paso Robles Cab 'Secret Cellars' @$23. Light fragrantly fruity nose couples with inky jamaliciousness that expands into nice chewy tannins. Worth the coin. As the name is Wine Time the focus in on wine....however they do have a small beer selection with four on tap, but I believe (even if takes a bit of negotiation) one could order from the twenty-something beer smorgasbord at the sister tap room The Lost Dutchman which is across the adjoining easily-walkable-with-a-pint-of-beer parking lot. Of course, with an adequate gratuity, I'm sure your table host could arrange for it to be brought to you eliminating the need to be distracted from the conversation going on at your table. Saturday night they usually have live music which makes Wine Time a great destination for any various celebratory or social occasion.
