The staff were one of the best that i have ever come across. I ordered in room dinner and they were late to serve and hence they waived off the service charges for the food. The head chef Indronil was extremely courteous and called to apologize for the delay in service. I needed a last minute drop off to the airport and the cab services immediately got it arranged without any extra charges. I would love to stay here again and would recommend anyone who wants to stay in a 5-star in very close proximity to airport to please try this place. There rooms are tastefully decorated and spacious and every staff in the hotel is extremely caring and courteous.
