I just called to get some help and information on what to do with a problem cat. Got spoken to like I was a complete idiot. The general drift of the conversation was that I should be more concerned about the welfare of the cat than my 3 month old grandson. I hope they are good with cats because their people skills leave much to be desired. Will not be back in contact with them for anything, ever.
