I've been seeing chiropractor Dr. Eric Swartz for a few years now and he's one of the best in West Hollywood.

I don't require anything complicated or have a specific back injury for his services. I go to Back to Total Health for my usual chiro maintenance as I am a very active person and need adjusting all the time.

My appointments usually start with a consultation of "what's currently wrong with your body" (LOL), a good 10-15 minutes of electric stimulation (estim), which involves having a few wired patches placed on your back (wherever there is tension/stress) with electricity turned on to pulse on those areas to relieve tension for the latter adjustment. The pulse is adjustable to your comfort level.

Eric's style is quick and direct and he's always a pleasure to chat with as well. Fun and loving personality. I've seen a great deal of chiropractors and Eric is far one of my favorites because his adjustments are accurate and confident. Those are very important things to look out for when choosing your chiropractor!

Back to Total Health also offers other services such a massages. I haven't tried the other services but I know his team is comprised of quality experts in their fields!
