Had a bad leak in the shower on off knob. I had several companies in with no luck. They said it couldn't be fixed and the only thing to do was to replace the entire unit at a cost of $800 to $1400! Dwight from Gold Medal Service visited and took the valve apart. He said he had never seen a cartridge like it before. He took pictures of it and said he would go to a plumbing store he knew of to see if they knew what it was and if they could get one. Dwight returned within twenty minutes with the replacement. He installed it and voila, it was fixed! Great service! Dwight was a great service expert. It cost hundreds of dollars less than it might have. Thanks Dwight and Gold Medal Service!
