I called and they kept transferring me to 5 people...

I called and they kept transferring me to 5 people every time i ask for product. after 10 minutes someone decided to listen to me. I asked about a product and they told me it cost 1300 dh and i found somewhere els at 899 dh. I don't need to visit the shop if they charge that much comparing to others.
