This Citibank location is one of the biggest I've been to. The service is just like any other, but I feel that the tellers are a little more pushy with trying to offer deals to you. During the summer there was this one teller that I would dread getting because he would try to offer me a special and I would say no, but it's like they're not able to accept that and he would go on and on about the deal. What should take me only 5 minutes to do took 15 minutes because he has to explain the promotion and the benefits. I understand it's his job, but it turns into a big turn off. Now I go to the ATM machine no matter what. I'm in and out within a few minutes like I'm suppose to.
