Thought I'd have a good experience, based on other's reviews, but the opposite happened. Spoke to someone named Jordan then he passed me to someone named Ron. Ron, apparently, was a "specialist" in my state but his specialty must only be how to answer a phone and introduce himself because one question was asked, he couldn't answer so he disconnected the line. Tried to call Jordan back but there was no answer their either. Very suspicious.

The question that was asked: "What are your current rate?" This company prides itself on being forthcoming with their rates (it's the first thing you see on their website, for crying outloud), but I couldn't get this simple question answered. Instead, Ron said he needed to know some information about me before giving me any information (sleazy car salesmen tactics). Knowing that he was not making any sense, I asked why he needed to know anything just to tell me their current rates (again, these rates are smeared across their website), so Ron just hung up.

Had an uneasy feeling about this company but this definitely confirms my suspicion. With the MASSIVE volume of lenders out there, it isn't worth anyone's time to waste with incompetence. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your mortgage lending needs.
