Used to be good but now just awful! Ordered a solar pool cover, cleaner and cleaning mitt. Ordered on 6/19/18. Received cover and cleaner on 6/26/18. That is NOT 1 day or even 3 day shipping. And I am still waiting on the mitt. 6/29/18 still no mitt, called customer service to be told its somewhere on its way and its not considered lost so we will not reimburse it. They will not reimburse the cleaner that is sold with the mitt either. Customer service supervisor will not speak to the actual customers. Customer service told me I would have to file a dispute with the bank if I wanted this resolved. I will NEVER do business with them again!
