As a "loyal" Honda customer, I receive customer appreciation fliers and offers all of the time. But when you actually need help- this is not the place to go! I was recently told that it would be 14-21 days before I could receive an estimate for body work and then have the work completed- knowing that I would be paying for a rental car out of pocket. Please don't send me your "appreciation" letters anymore! Ridiculous. Off to find an auto body shop that can do a job in less than a months time.
