While handling keys and working on your vehicle, we will have several protective measures in place. At all times. We will use:
Seat covers (DIDN'T HAPPEN)
Steering wheel covers (DIDN'T HAPPEN)
Disposable gloves (DIDN'T HAPPEN)

Wipe your car down with vehicle safe disinfectant and disinfect your keys (DIDN'T HAPPEN & DIDN'T HAPPEN)



When I asked Jay why NONE of the posted protective measures were followed he said "they usually are"
When I asked Brian the person who drove our car and then another car out (not following any of the posted measures) the same question, he said "I washed my hands with disinfecting soap."
