Warning to all future buyers...

Warning to all future buyers...
This company does not warranty their item like they said. They send people to take pictures with their iPhone and said they will file a claim. Two months later, after many phone calls, they send you a denial letter saying that it is not a manufacture fault and will not warranty it. Their excuse is... it has been 7 years, no way it is manufacture fault. WHAT?? Then why would they advertise saying 15 year warranty?? This people decides to deny a claim simply by looking at pictures taken from iPhone camera and number of years. I can tell you... after they left, I took the same picture with my iPhone, the crack is so faint that there is no way you can decide based on that. Can you imagine taking picture of your teeth and send to a dentist and the dentist immediately know what to do? Anyway... back in 2008, a joining piece was replaced by this same company because they said it is a manufacture defect. And I asked why would it crack knowing silestone is strong. Their answer was "some batch are just weaker than the other". I was also told that the color will be a little off because each batch of silestone is different. Then I asked why they only replace the crack piece and not the piece that is joint to it too. They did not do it because it was not crack at that time. Be careful, some contractor (honest ones) will tell you that they should have replaced the other piece too. Anyway, now that the joining piece is crack, silestone turns around and say that it is not a manufacture defect. It is obvious that... that batch was bad from the beginning and now that it has been 7 years (less than 15 years), they will find excuses NOT to warranty it. Be careful doing business with this crook.
