I have never had a bad experience at RDU! It has always been super easy to drop off or pick up. Not much traffic and a lot of space for saying hello or goodbye before getting in the car. The facilities are super clean, gates are comfortable, security is pretty quick, and checking in is very easy. Employees have been very friendly and they haven't lost a bag yet! :)
