This was my second time staying here, and I'm definitely a loyal customer with Ayres now. The room was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable with a soft blanket and fluffy pillows. We stayed in the suites building, which is so beautiful and peaceful inside. I was very happy with the "50 reasons to stay" special as well as the service I got during check-in. The only issue I had was checking out when I was almost charged for breakfast, which we hadn't ordered or eaten. The charge was fixed, so it wasn't a huge deal, but the staff member could have been more friendly about it. Other than that, everything was awesome, and I'll be sure to visit again next year!
