Townsquare Interactive has been great for our department. They took over our old set up, revamped it, and introduced it in a week time frame. Since then I have been able to update the site at my leisure and if I have any questions, I've been given a person that I can call anytime. Turnaround for questions are usually within the day. Most of the time I actually get an answer right away. The one downfall I have is I am not always able to add a file myself to the website, but in turn if I email to them it's put on my website within the day.
