We have stayed at coco key at least 20x. If we had an issue with anything they would correct it....well I guess a lot has changer we paid for 2 nights for are sons birthday and when we got are room the a.c. was not working. Well I was confident that it would be took care of cause they had in the past...i guess that is not the protocol anymore so I tried to call and no answer so I walked down to front desk and they said someone would be here in 30 mins...nothing walked back down again and they said a supervisor would be here...finally he comes after 1.5 hours and said yep it's broke I will move u here to a different room.....no question asked and moved us...and just so u know we drove over 3 hrs to get here and here we are at 10 pm at night just getting into are room...this place is really going down hill.....customer service = maintenance guys= .(maintenance guys understand better then customer service )
