We used this service for a year but switched to a company that we felt was more in tune with our industry and more responsive to our needs. When we started with Disruptive we were unaware that they replaced the Google Analytics account we had used for the last 5 years with an account that they set up. We only discovered this last week when without alerting us, Disruptive deleted the account and we lost the data associated with the account. We reached out via email and phone to find out what had happened but got no response. We asked Google for assistance and they too tried to contact Disruptive with no response. Our new company was able to recovered some of the history using their reports but it has been painful and not everything could be reconstructed. Not very professional in my opinion.
