the carmel experience was so much BETTER than all previous rideshare service nightmares i have had. the one mix up was the terminal. however that was negated by the great calls to - and from! - customer service for checking in after we landed and follow up to confirm our location for pickup at newark airport. yes, carmel is more expensive than the blue nightmare but remember the old adage: you get what you pay for!!! so pay for carmel, get a great, timely, smooth ride. you'll be glad you did.
