I receive notifications what pieces of mail we are to receive on a daily basis. Our mail carrier on garbage days tends to bypass my home on these dates and not deliver our mail. The garbage can is not in the way.
As a paid US Government employee he should not have the right to withhold my mail. This has been an ongoing issue for over a year and complaining to his manager has not accomplished anything.
