Not so much a meal but a total workout for your palate.
I really was not sure what to expect but it's fair to say I was totally won over by the experience. The service was perfect, friendly but not intrusive. How can you have one sip of a drink that is hot and cold in your mouth at the same time? Heston produces a kind of magic which almost always works.
The introductory courses were fun but when it came to the main course
(The only time you could compare it with a standard michelin star diner)
you were treated to the very best cuisine.
I will never forget it & I'm glad I went but I don't think I will need to go back
