Worst experience ever. They are run by incompetent crooks. I had to call 3 times to make the appointment and when i finally brought it in they had no record of me in their system. I had the issue diagnosed at RedHill Toyota but could not get the work completed at the time. Oakville Toyota charged me to have the issue re diagnosed even though they had the dealership notes from RedHill. They wanted to charge me $650 for the job that Red Hill Toyota quoted me $150 for. On top of that they presented me with a $6000 estimate to overhaul most of the rest of the van. 2 other garage's identified no other issues.

Worse case of crooked mechanics I have ever experienced. Good thing they're incompetent.
