Enes Direk Review of Ilearn schools

I wish I could give 0 . iLearn has a great mission and vision on paper. They claimed to offer exceptional programs, comprehensive services, and opportunities to partner in education. The problem with this mission and vision is that leadership does not want to put the effort behind the growth they speak of. The reality is that staff are overworked, underpaid, and made to believe that the company will hire more staff to meet the demands (which is largely false). At the end of the day you have a lot of tired employees who used to love their job but are getting burnt out. Promises of promotions and room for growth are blatantly broken. HR and management are obsessed with employees clocking in and out consistently and on time--even the salaries employees.
iLearn does a great job of selling itself, but underneath all the smiles and buzzwords is a company with deep pockets and little vision or professionalism.
