I recently bought a 2015 Jeep Cherokee at Bluebonnet. Jeff and his team were amazing. The day I bought my Jeep, I had just came from another dealership in San Antonio and was planning to purchase a Jeep Renegade there that day after being approved through several banks. Unfortunately for them I was highly displeased with their customer service and lack of transparency..So I decided to head to Bluebonnet. As a first time car buyer I couldn't have been more happier with the experience. The first thing Jeff asked me was, "What are you looking for?" instead of pushing me to buy another car I wasn't primarily interested in. I appreciate Jeff and his sales Manager listening and working with me without haggling or being difficult to work with. I literally drove off the lot in 2 hours with all of my paperwork signed and my car was ready to go. I would recommend Jeff and Bluebonnet to anyone I know that is looking for a new car to buy.
