Trevor Cole of Columbus Worthington Air explained to me very clearly everything I needed to get fixed by using photos of the parts on his phone. He was very personable and I enjoyed talking to him. He was super knowledgeable and I completely trusted him. I know he is doing his best and I appreciate everything he did to help me have reliable a/c for the summer!
