Overall, service and facility is disappointing.

The location is good, the room spacious. But..

As I walked in I can easily feel facilities here have not been updated for at least a decade, I'm okay with that as long as they work fine and yet..

Later the air conditioner in my room was broken, I told the front desk when we went out for dinner and one lady promised me to send an engineer to have a look, and when we got back around 10 nothing was done, nor did we get any feedback.

Again I talked to the front desk and after 20min they told me I have to change the room. In this new room AC is fine, it just doesn't have a stool and does have a broken lamp.

So I guess this place is poorly staffed and maintained. Next time I'll definitely find a better hotel to spend my night in this area.
