This company's customer service is horrendous. After 8 months of actual usage, the blower motor on my electric fireplace went out. I reached out to the company to get a replacement part. They told me that it's not replaceable, and I would have to spend another $1200 to get a new unit!!! I know the part is able to be replaced. I can tell by looking at it that it is. There is even a wiring diagram inside to tell you how to do it. There are even complaints from other customers saying that they sent them a motor to replace, yet didn't give them instructions on how to do it. They are quick to take your money, but definitely will not help you after the fact. I urge everyone that is having issues with them to open complaints with the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT BUY TWIN STAR PRODUCTS!!!!!!!!
