BRING A PEN!!! service was super quick once I finally filled in the form. they have photocopiers (2 HKD) and photo booth (50 HKD) you can pay by Octopus or ask the staff to help you and give them cash. generally this is a very efficient service and you will get seen faster than any other visa office I've seen. it's quieter in the mornings but if you go on a Monday expect a longer wait. temperature is good and you should be able to get a seat. pay attention to the screens because if you don't respond to your ticket in 30-60 seconds it's game over...
