Can someone please let me know who I must speak with about the care my daughter is currently receiving at this hospital? I ve called patient advocacy but they cannot help. My daughter is in terrible pain. Apparently the doctor messed up the order and the pharmacy won t release the medicine. Her IV leaked several hours ago and it has not yet been replaced. The nurse said she can t do it because the IV Team has to do it. This is very dangerous because my daughter is supposed to be receiving IV antibiotics and she can also not get IV pain medicine without it. Please help! The nurses have contacted everyone but no one is responding. How hard is it to put in an IV

Update: Talked to the wonderful attending physician Dr Augustine, she took care of everything. Daughter has IV now with pain meds and antibiotics. Thank you!
