This is a terrible company to deal with when it comes to mortgage loans. I cannot speak to their other products since I have not used them and definitely do not intend to use them.

Communication is extremely poor, they run your credit several times without notice, they ask for tons of documents and ask for some more. They give the impression that they are just in to annoy or frustrate and not work with you or help you.

I will not refer anyone to this bank and I will not deal with them again. They made the mortgage application process a nightmare for me. I have applied for mortgage with other banks before, this was exceptionally painful to say the least.

PROSPECTIVE APPLICANT BEWARE!!!
