BAD SERVICE, absolutely not justified today.
I purchased a Thermomix TM5 and the assistance from Vorwerk Italy was very unprofessional, not to mention incorrect.
I would NEVER repeat a purchase with Vorwerk Italia. If we then consider the fact that today there are similar products on the market offered under the same conditions .
BE VERY CAREFUL !!!!!! The problem is not just the sellers, but the company itself that has no respect and consideration for the customer and not just because it responds months late to requests for information.
