While I enjoyed the location and some of the offered services, ie, a bakery in the lobby, restaurant and bar on the roof, and valet parking, the quality of the place almost made it feel fake. There was damage in a number of rooms, like chipped mirrors, broken tiles, etc. The whole place feels very fancy and upscale, but a lot of it is pure appearance. The room didn't have a microwave, and the fridge was 90% full of paid items, so you couldn't store things inside. Night staff was an absolutely amazing and accommodating group of people, especially Cheyenne. Some of the day staff was rude to myself and the others staying in the room, often giving us very curt responses and exasperated sighs for things as small as key cards stopping working. I would definitely stay again, but with a better understanding of what to prepare for.
