Appalling customer service. I first called them 8 days ago requesting a statement of account. It didn t arrive as promised. I ve had to make 3 further calls to try and sort this out but commitments regarding calling me back are made but no one ever follows up on or owns these commitments. Just spoken to them again and they tell me they can t provide a statement of account. I asked to be transferred to a manager but they can t do that but will get one to call me back but it will most probably be Monday!! Customer service at its worst!
