Terrible service !!! The service has already degenerated! There is no healthy distance and they go up and down without any order. I bought the vivabus from Cancun to Playa del Carmen and they make me wait more than 2 hours xk there is k wait for another flight !!! Terrible service I recommend when going down to buy service from ADO or taxi. Never buy vivabus !!! Never !!!! Lousy!!!
