Nick was a wonderful technician, replacing the part that went bad on our new system today. My husband requested a new filter, but Nick mentioned that it wasn t on his orders. He did inform me that it needed to be changed and also advised me of available maintenance services they had to offer, as well as a recommendation for an air filtration add-on for our system.
