I have said it before and I will say again. The family that has been created here is nothing short of amazing. There has never been an environment quite like crossfit prime where you can walk in and not be judged. When I wake up in the morning, I want my day to fast forward to 530 as fast as possible. When I make plans on Friday, I always decide to go to Prime because I rather be there then at some bar. I just realized that I spend close to 20 hours with you guys throughout the week and if a party comes around, it would not take a me a second to say I am going so I can hang out with you.

Oh and motivation. You have it here. We have people who work really hard and have people who have great bodies. We also have coaches who WANT to help and will text you to let you know that you can do better. I also want to say out of all the boxes I have been too, I have never seen a more dedicated family who will stay after the WOD to work on their weaknesses. Case in point will be one of my favorites who got her first muscle up last night.

Stress will be conquered here. Dreams will be made. New family members will be given to you. You will learn how to love yourself better than ever.
