I desperately needed a car after mine (and my apartment) flooded. After many inquiries I decided to go to Fort Bend Kia bc Rod was willing to work with me over the phone and by text whereas at least 4 other places pressured me so hard to come in. These other places made it sounded like that would be so easy for a person who got flooded to move around Houston. Not Rod. He called when my texts confused him but we mostly texted and I really appreciated it.

I was able to negotiate a good deal because both Rod and his manager were so understanding and kind. Not to mention the process was very quick when I got there because everything was agreed over the phone.

I am not happy getting into debt again but this is a necessary evil. I also thought I would never drive a Kia Soul because it's funky looking until I had one as a rental and I enjoyed it very much. It has such a luxurious feel and amazingly had so much cargo space.

Ask for Rod if you want to work with someone who won't hassle you! He will work with your circumstances and let leave there feeling good about buying a new car.
