A shame...great food but service suffers big time!...

A shame...great food but service suffers big time! I stopped by to celebrate my friends anniversary and sat for 2hrs before a waitress even acknowledged me after flagging her down to tell them the ceiling was majorly leaking at another table. After that...I still sat..not a drink..no menu nothing. If not for my karaoke friends anniversary I would have left... Disappointed!!!!
