I do not even know where to begin. I travel all over the country on business. I have stayed in many hotels. I have been at Nantasket for over a month now. The service is unlike any I have ever experienced before. They treat me like royalty. Any request that I have made they go over and above to make sure it is handled. Immediately! One morning I had a very important meeting I had to attend. I went out to my rental car and it wouldnt start. The rental car company couldnt get to me in time to make make my meeting. Jerry at the front desk overheard the bind I was in and offered me his personal vehicle. I refused and thanked him but after having no options left I asked if the offer still stood. Now Jerry has seen me a few times but to let me take his personal vehicle for the day goes above and beyond any call of duty. I have never recieved this type of service from any other hotel, ever. From the service at the Paragon Grill to all the great people at the front desk. The maintenence staff. Hillary the GM, Mary, Trina, Steve, Martini, Jesse, I can go on and on. These people have become family to me. I will surely miss them when I move on. Thank you everyone!!
