Rainforest cafe Galveston on the Seawall, we went ...

Rainforest cafe Galveston on the Seawall, we went on Wed June 25th and I would give 4 stars but the waitress was not very nice. She had a foreign accent and I could not understand when she talked. We are in Texas and if you hire someone with foreign accent please train your staff to speak the average American English accent.
Also, the waitress sounded mean, rude and pushy. She was even argumentative. She offered to become a member of the Laundry' s plan, in a way that is pushy, in a tone of voice that is school director bossy, not like any other restaurant. If she hates her job, she shouldn't work there. When I asked her to bring us a volcano, she said yes but not now. I was not asking now, tnough, off course it's a dessert. Then I asked her to bring plates to share the volcano, and she said:" I have to bring you plates, I have to do that anyway". - man! She could have said: yes ma'am. Also, the worst, I ordered a vegan black bean burger which cost me 13 dollars, with a side of mashed potatoes, and a side of fries, and she had to tell me that they were going to charge me for the extra side, (which I already knew that because it's on the menu), she probably doubted being a Latina mother, -I was with my 2 sons-, Could I afford 3 more dollars for extra fries??? Omg, also they served my vegan burger on a basket and brought me fork and knife. So I do not eat my burgers with my hands when I am at a restaurant, so I was trying to use the fork and knife on the metal basket and the paper they put was breaking and the food was falling under the basket. Then I asked her for a plate, and had to explain my problem, and she looked at me totally puzzled, then she went and brought me a small plate!! Then I returned it, and asked for a bigger plate to put my burger. She brought me the plate, and I had to do the food exchange by myself, making a mess. She did not come back to pick up the basket. I was very furious by the whole interaction. I enjoy the environment of Rainforest but you make this place feel uncomfortable when a young lady talks like a stock broker at Wall Street, or the London Bank. At the end, before she brought the volcano, she even asked me to pass her the plates, so I guess she couldn't reach on one side of the table to get my plates. Off course my tip was not generous. Also the boy at the waiting booth said the waiting list was about 40 minutes or less, so I took my sons into the Ride, the ride is less than 10 minutes. When we were in the ride they send me the text that my table was ready, what??? Why did they say 40 minutes or less? Or leass, means 20 or 30, but they have this already to make people go in the ride and in the shop. Very well then. Please train your young staff to treat ladies and anybody, with respect, and her job is to bring the food. She was saying a lot of things in a foreign accent, so I had to ask, are you her to take our orders? (Or to sell something), I understand they push the drinks, and the Landry's membership, but we just wanted to have dinner and have a good time. The least thing I wish when I am on vacation is to be treated like that in a restaurant. People from Texas are kind, nice, warn. Not ice cold bossy. Please train your staff to be warmer and more welcoming. I have been in so many other Rainforest cafe and I do not know why you guys do not train your staff. Other nice restaurants, the waiters are nice and kind, they take the plates away, they do not ask guests to pass the plates, if there is a plate modification, they trade plates by getting gloves and doing it or take it to the kitchen and bring it well served. She had no idea.
