I'm so hurt by the level of arrogance and cruelty that I have experienced We all know most of us as parents have been affected by Covid and its not easy as a parent to be able to pay your fees in time I have tried to make arrangements with the administration but they showed no remorse at all whenever I got money i would make payments but so many times my child would come back home stressed and very low saying I spent the whole day in the office my teacher said I didn't pay school fees
For me I feel its so unprofessional and abusive to learners it is better to talk to the parent regarding arrears not to embarrass our children
Today I send my wife to make payment for 2 months
In the morning so that our child can attend school since she is been home for 2 weeks and she missed school upon picking her back the admin had to rub it again on my wife's face that we mustn't bring our child to school until full payments mind you this is happening after making a double payment in the morning.
This is so unfair I used to love this school Bright Stars Academy and my daughter loves this school little did we know that it will come to this
I'm so disheartened
Imagine the pain of hearing your child asking you if ever the school is going to allow her to write even one assessment so she can only one certificate
