2/22/2020. We have been at Desert Regional Medical Center Hospital several times and received great service including in the ER.

But this Saturday morning 9:30am brought my daughter to the ER where they are undergoing renovation. Right across from the ER is a family and friends ER waiting area- great but it's closed - there's no sign on the door that says it's closed nor a sign of hours. Asking staff they had no idea, so Desert Regional why do you have this great convenience for family and friends? My daughter's care was substandard and she is sicker now probably because of the man with no mask coughing next to her. Desert Regional this care for emergency is so below your standards - shame on you!

My daughter is correct as always my expectations are too high.
