Let me start off by saying that our salesman Syed was great. But, my overall experience was one of my worst experience. My husband and I was in the dealership after closing and we thought everything was okay the next morning my husband and I were leaving out to bury my father's ashes and we found over 30 big red ants crawling in the door and a few on the seats and the floor. We could not return it the next day because the location was closed I called and sent an email message to Syed and Ed in the finance department. My husband and I came back in on Monday which was memorial day because it was not just the ants but the car was not detailed properly. When we showed the video of the big ants it was an option to detail the car or switch it out. So now me, my husband and The car salesman Syed went to the left side of the dealership to find another car the same model and there behold there were the same ants in a line crawling into the hood of another car this time the salesman was able to see it for himself. This was tough because I have a phobia of bugs. Syed went to his boss who came to speak with us and offered 4 years of oil changes and tire rotations. So when we went into Ed's office to resign the finance paperwork my husband just wanted the car no extra add ons he just wanted to go and so did I. So I wanted to confirm everything so since we did not get the extra coverage offered by the dealership we were told the 4 years coverage we no longer get so I said to Ed this was offered to us because of our experience and he said since you are not getting any service we are unable to get the 4 years. This made is feel like Nissan was saying I don't care about your experience. So we signed and left thinking never again, what happened to trying to make things right. I guess we know going forward where not to go or where not to refer others to go. This was our experience. This is why I would like to give not even one star but I have to so that I can submit my feedback. I hope no one have to experience what we did.
